There are restaurants selling these things. FWC must really want to get rid of these things.

I don't know the names of the places in general. I know in South Beach they do, and my friend that has a market told me also. You'd still need a license to sell them. The issue with them is that they are so small.

I would never release a lion fish back into the water even though I am a strong advocate for catch & release. Studies have shown that lion fish can kill 75% of the fish on a reef in only five weeks. It's no surprise that the state has adopted a "by any means necessary" attitude.

What?? I guess I haven't been paying attention--I didn't even know we had Lionfish in Florida!! I only saw these things in the South Pacific! Lionfish must be really damaging our ecosystem for FWC to go Order66 on these fish!!
