I was at Deerfield Pier the other day and was quite surprised to see a Broward Sheriff cop instead of a FWC officer checking coolers. He didn't even ask anyone. I saw him going through all my stuff, totally third world country style.
Anyway, since when is Broward Sheriff's involved in this sort of enforcement? Is this a new thing?

yup any law enforcement agent can enforce those
