Caught this at fossil reef... what is it????

Took the kayak out to Crandon Marina at Key Biscayne. Fished around half moon... caught a barracuda and around 8 Jack's but they were all under 12 inches.
On the way back I fished around Fossil Reef for a bit and caught this.... but not sure what it is...
Is it a triggerfish???
I remember it had huge brown eyes, almost human like.... very small mouth.... and a jaw-line that was kinda boney
