Id give anything to be 250lbs lol! I want one so bad, but unless I am ready to shell out some serious cash, my weight keeps me from having one! Gotta lay off them pork rinds!

Juan, just about any kayak wider than 29" holds up to 450 to 600 pounds. Perception pescador 12 I think holds 450 pounds.

For me personally right now local I have very few options in Homestead on foot... HOWEVER, add a yak into the mix and all of the sudden I NEVER have to drive anywhere else to catch trophy fish, unless I WANT to have the feel of the keys, or want to go offshore... It is too many things against me getting one, beginning with storage, but man o man do I want one! I would DESTROY the fish out here with that...
