Ding Darling / Sanibel

I'm planning to take advantage of Sunday's (6/23/13) full moon.. I have fished the small bridges (or, water structures) at Ding Darling on Sanibel and caught Reds/Snook/Snapper/BlackDrum/Sheepshead/Tarpon/Trout.. HOWEVER, this is my FIRST TIME going with my YAK (with a nice electric Minnkota trolling motor) and, I'm looking for some pointers/directions regarding where to put in and park.. what side to fish or specific locations in the area.. what to fish for and best way to catch em.. I usually use live shrimp w/ jig or circle hook; HOWEVER, I really wanna learn to use artificials with prowess & efficiency.. And, one day I wanna catch a good eatin size BlackTip 
Lastly, is there a "technique &/or method" for trolling a line behind the YAK while heading out to the fishing spot..? THANKS!!
