Matheson Hammock, enter the park turn right, pass the marina, the roads ends with a loop, park in the loop, launch, and head South

Here's a good list of kayak launch sites in Miami Dade-Broward:

Key biscayne on either side of hobie beach (from pay tool til seaquarium), bill bags has a launch too, and the crandon marina. You can launch off of virgina key as well as mentioned.

Also Chapman field park just opened for paddlers. They added a canoe launch with handicapped access---so getting in and out is super easy. The main lagoon was kinda dead, but the creek on the NE side was full of life. Its only been open since february 1st, so hurry up and go to it before it becomes googan central like black point or snowdens.
