Any runner recipes?

anyone have any recipes for blue runners?

Here is my experience:

Take the blue runner, take off the skin/scales/crud, then cut the head and tail and fins off. Fillet the runner, removing the bones in the center. Then, fry the fish in an egg batter with flour.

After frying, remove the meat and throw away - it sucks - then eat the fried batter or give to the dog/cat/other rodents.
