Favorite Fish Recipe

Post by cvstrat »

I've been using this recipe for the abundance of sheepshead that has been coming in from the Gulf over the winter. Yesterday I decided to try it on some cobia and it was equally as awesome. I posted a how-to on my site with the recipe. It's a series I'm working on, and will probably be the only fish recipe so I thought I'd post it up.

Works well with any mild, white fish.

Thank your sir. I know Phil and a few others have been on the Cobia in the past few weeks so it should be good timing.

I have an issue with cooking anything. Even if others might rave about it and it does taste great....if done by me, I'm not satisfied & for the most part i probably wont eat what I cooked.

2nd, I never know if I cooked it the way it's supposed to taste....yeah..yeah....if I like the way it taste it's a winner....but I will like to taste it from the person that knows how it should taste.

All and all, cooking is not for me. Nice write up, Chris

:nilly: :nilly: :nilly: just something else I do better than you bud. Next up.......practice tossing a chunk of lead 250 yards minimum off the dania pier. I found something to do while waiting for the pomps to run through.
