Having trouble with my king fish
I want to smoke it to make some fish dip. But I don't have a smoker so I'm trying to find a place that will do it for me and I am falling short. Any body have any ideas?

Re: Having trouble with my king fish
Grll can be gas or charcoal. Weve accually smoked meat on a barbecue. Will put a pan over the heat. Have some wood chips soaking in apple juice over night in a medal pan. Next day grab that same pan with the wood chips and juice and put it over the fire/flame. Itl create the smoke effect the same as smoker and give a great taste,. Again this was done with meats such as ribs. But possibly will do great with fish.

Make sure the chips don’t dry out. If u need any more help lmk! And good luck. And don’t put the pan directly on the fire lol just over close dthe barbecue and keep the temp at around 275 for a longer period of time and 350 for quick roast. All depends on how long u want to smoke it for. Again this was all for meet so see what works best for you

always soak the chips so they smoke and not burn
