Shrimp recipes
Who's got some good unique shrimp recipes, I have plenty to experiment with and am going to try and get more tonight...so far I have steamed peel and eat shrimp with plenty of Old Bay and shrimp scampi pasta on the menu for dinner tonight and want some more ideas. Thanks.

i got this recipe from the internet i made it and was pretty good im going to try it again soon.
INGREDIENTS
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup water
1/2 cup cubed fully cooked ham
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup uncooked instant rice
1/4 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

DIRECTIONS
In a skillet, saute the onion, green pepper and garlic in butter until crisp-tender. Stir in the water, ham, tomato sauce, vinegar and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the rice; cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp; cook 3-5 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink and rice is cooked.

Split em open almost all the way and follow the franchise recipie on the front page of the site ! - yum
Wrap em in bacon, Skewer and grill basting lightly W a good BBQ sauce...
Boil in old bay n water, cool, chop w celery onion, mayo, lemon, etc.....shrimp salad sandwiched on a nice Grilled sourdough bread and a Sammy Adams...whoo hoo !!
