Cheers brother - Looks like it came out nice. There are a million ansd one ways to vary that sauce, and it dresses up any fish nicely!

Looks awesome!

( BTW, you make beer? NICE - I have not done that since a group of us in culinary school used to do it - It is a load of fun!! )
