You never cease to amaze me with the recipes you post. The final result does look good, but at the same time looks like something a shark tossed up.

Nice Riccardo, a little saffron in there as well as a dash of Cayenne and you would have a very nice Cioppino on your hands. Looks great !
I love 2 things about this recipie especially #1 You recommended a RedZinf or a Rose' wine or even alightred such as a pinot noir. I LOVE eating seafood with l;ight reds. Cudos bro ! Second the bread on the bottom to absorbthe juices and eaten at end - GREAT flavor catcher and very old school !! LOVE it !
Lets get together and start stocking the freezer for when your GF comes to town. We will cook and drink and eat here for 3 days straight if we start catching now
