Let's start setting up the New Year's Day trip guys , last year Migs got his first wahoo so who knows what this year will bring. The wreck has been pretty good lately and with these few cold fronts before I think fishing should be good

im not even letting the speed jigs hit bottom anymore lol.

i only got 1 hangup on a jig last trip and i lost half a spool of braid just paid 60$ to replace it. the jigs are at least cheaper.

i am gona lose a ton of jigs on this next outing that means.

Cool... but sounds like you will still lose tons of jig if kings are thick...but that would be a good problem to have...
I still can't believe I lost 5 jigs and 3 hooks-only cut offs on a 4 hour drift boat...

KOTS, i dont dress myself i have a hearing ear dog that picks out my clothes

i think you should let me gaff all fish so i can practice. i can tell you im not used to holding small poled gaffs but my brain just went blank with the presure

Why dont ya add a b-day cake for your list.

Not sure if you guys have done this before but when we head out on trips we have 1 guy in charge of buying what is needed. (not evereyone can do this) The basic, bait,ice, lunch, beer etc...then you split it with all of guys..
