Fishing in these month is hot. The weather wasn't really the issues as much as the current and the strange way it will twist how you fish. At least the bow had a nice rotation going that made the tangles not so much of an issue.(nice work guys) If you were up and on the right spot and the time came...you got fish. Just had to put in your time on the rail.

I must say that overall it was nice fishing with ya again. It's a different kind of fishing if you think about it....You are far and away from all the BS and the drama. Its the small fish in the big pond feel. (tommy

Fishing's always gonna be a gamble. All anyone can do is make the best of what you got. The guys on this trip don't get to spend nearly as much time on the water as some of us do.

Sooner or later you're bound to have rotten conditions, every captain knows that. You do your best but at the end of the day you're at the mercy of Mother Nature. These were some of the most unpredictable inconsistent wind and current conditions most anyone ever fished at least in this group. Considering, I think most did pretty well.

Not a huge haul but some quality fish. Well done all.
Nice Boat! Now get it outa my driveway!

Stop the noise. It's friggin hot this time of year. Always is. Fishing is good, bad and inbetween......never changes but FYI those two coolers are sweet. How much of that crap do you guys eat?

All I can say is.......Herb your trips are always totally dope. Send me your PayPal account today and my money for next year will be in first. So all of you swingings diks that hate richeous tangles (and cut lines), the smell of premium weed and a bad attitude have a year to make other arrangements for that weekend I'm in.

Post more pics gents. I've never even seen some of those fish :nilly: :nilly: :nilly: :nilly:

I once did that to a one eye dik didn't know and ended up with a good friend. In fact, I'm gonna cut his line again the next time I fish with him. He took it so calmly (tommy

First things First. I want to thank Herbert for all the time and effort, K-blue at jiggingdepot.com for his generous gifts to all onboard and all the others that contributed to this on-going yearly adventure. Greg kept on trying different things to remedy the conditions (thumbs up) maybe he will chime on this, I certainly haven't got a clue as to what was taking place, all I can tell you is that the fish were there and that they were chewing, particularly the Muttons, we just couldn't make the proper presentation due to the "freaky" conditions, at one point the lines at the bow were going back while at the same time the lines on the stern were going to the front, Herbert and I observed a swirl on the surface of the water that lasted for several minutes...hard to entice a mutton to chew when we are dragging and/or bouncing a bait off the bottom. In spite everyone caught quality fish, some of the healthiest red groupers I have ever seen, lots of BFT's, dolphin, i got lucky again with another Scamp over ten pounds (just had some for dinner, don't have to tell you how it eats...) I froze my BFT loins right away and we're having a sashimi/sushi feast tomorrow. Great time, Chris fed us organic chocolate chip cookies and home made empanadas, same with Rori...dude sorry for eating all your home made cookies. Herbert... I don't think he slept at all, Nilsen and I took over the pulpit and fought for high hook status, we made fun of everyone and everything. It was a great time, can't wait 'till next Cudaman Adventure.
BTW - where's the frikking roast beef?

Well I wasn't expecting to read all that haha. Gruntking, stop hating so much dude.
Nilson, I will definitely enjoy that rum along with the stogies. I would of enjoyed that money though :happyfisherman: Lol.

Awesome pictures Herbert, thanks for everything you do in putting this trip together. Looking forward to next year.

Fishing was tough, but being out there is awesome. It was obvious that the captain was trying to find conditions that worked for us by moving around all over, and that alone makes me want to go next year. I also know the opportunity of a giant fish is there, and that is what keeps me stuck at the rail like a zombie. The time will come :dude:

Again, great time fishing with everyone :toast:

Great trip, conditions were tough but Greg did the best he could. Any time you can go out for 4 days with a good group of guys, fish your ass off, drink a few beers, is a good time.

GK sounds like a jealous b!tch who is pissed because he has to sneak onto condemned, falling apart bridges, to catch 18" snapper.
