I was invited on a trip on the capt michael party boat in june by someone...does anyone know if this boat sucks/ is a typical party boat...what type of fishing they typically do? Its only like 35 for a half day which is pretty cheap so I will probably go regardless but was jsut curious if anyone had ever been on it.

I went on that boat a few years ago and did ok on the yellow tails. I know someone that went on it in March and did ok on barely keeper yellow tails and mangrove snappers. Most will be tourist fishing.

This is probably one of the better party boats in the Keys. They go after mostly yellow tails and grunts. Make sure you get a stern spot. Otherwise you'll be grunt city!
