Boatless Fishing Forum, Reports, Info

Probably too short notice to book with the really good, well known guys...Bouncer (Bouncer's Dusky), Ray Rosher (Miss Britt) are two that come to mind. It can't hurt to call and check though. Some of the other boats out of Key Biscayne I hear good things about are the Top Gun and the L & H (good guy, he's hooked me up with free shark bait before.) Not sure about rates though.

The only two boats I would NOT reccomend are Mark the Shark (this guy is just disgusting, he kills just about every shark and fish he catches) and the Sonny Boy out of Key Biscayne, they are notorious for "mugging" recreational fishermen and bullying them off spots that they want to fish.

Top Gun and L&H are both sportfisherman with enclosed cabins, I know Top Gun is a 41 Hatteras, not sure about L&H.

I've been on the L&H a bunch of times. Always coming back with Dolphin, Sails, and a Blue Marlin once. Great mate/captain combo. For future reference anyways.

thanks man, next time I'll keep it in consideration, as for this time weather just sucked so no boat would have been ok

There's the L & H link. On the first page there is a pic of a Marlin. That happens to be my uncle in the pic and that happens to be the Marlin I was pissed that he killed.

mark the shark is a beast when it comes to catching

he doesnt do anything different from any other charter boat out there
