Heres a pic of the smallest red 48"
And one of the rays
Heres the biggest Red Coming in at 53 inches
All caught on whole live whiting in less the 3 foot of water.

That's some nice surf fishing right there! Could you see the reds tailing since they were in that close?

man i must be surf fishing wrong; all i ever catch is some whiting, a couple croakers, and the occasional pompano
