Saltist Hyper Speed

Been looking for a new reel that can satisfy my needs of small size, cast far, and has a nice drag. So far, the Hyperspeed is winning for me, the black and red one, Now the question is, What size would be appropriate for the pier? I was thinking the 35. Also what lb line should I put on there if i do happen to get one? Some people have them on the pier, but I have not really checked them out too much.
