I fish the pier, I have some of my favorite rigs for Snook, Kings and such. So what are some of your favorite rigs for snook? My favorite is a fish finder rig usually that has a thick pilchard or ladyfish or mullet on the end. It goes 30lb mainline to a weight depending on what size bait then to a swivel, then to 60-80lb flouro leader...

Yep, that is about what I use for snook, I vary the main line and leader strength depending on the structure, clarity, how spooky they are, etc. I'll use up to 100 lb leader at times. Bait varies depending on spot and time of year. Sometimes I also freeline.

I agree, but sometimes its tough getting a lady, pilchard, mullet to swim down without getting mixed up into the pilings ...
