What would be the best hook size for snook. I currently use a hook with a medium to small shank with a medium bite. What about Pompano?

Hook is dependant on bait aize for me for shrimp 1/0 to a 3/0 Live Bait 1/0 to a 7/0 The hook I use for Snook is Mustad Short Shank Bronze oshaneshy something like that.
Pompano Use Old Enlish hooks, they have another name uhhh uhhhh, can't think of it, again dependant on bait size 1/0 to a 3/0.
