A while back I picked up some 1/8oz or 3/8oz jigs at one of the shops in Key West. They were very 3/0's sharp hook, Owners I'm guessing. I was tipping them with shrimp and dropping them along the bridge columns for consistent hook ups.
Does anyone know the name of the jig I'm describing?
What jigs are you using?

Actually I know what you are talking about but for your first post you're going to have to do a whole lot better with your description and your introduction before you get any help from me. 1/8oz-3/8oz jig with a sharp hook. Seriously? Welcome.

Glad you figured that one out bud... That is a sure way to get snook on live shrimp too. If hooked correctly that keeps the shrimp just off the bottom making them very visible to predators, as well as keeping the hook in a way that you can get a solid set on a fish most times.

HJared is a much nicer member than I am
I knew that's what you were chasing. I've been doing pretty well with them in yellow or pink recently.
