The Roleez has great tires for the beach, but it's a wheel barrow, not a fishing cart. I've been looking at the insulated backpacks they have for picknickers. Throw out the plates and knives and you have a place for your tackle as well as your fish.

Anyone have any ideas for something that would fit in the trunk of a smaller car (Honda Prelude)? Currently I use an intricate system of a rolling cooler, then I strap my fishing bag (which is really big and heavy) on top and clip buckets/lanterns to it with carabiners...not ideal, but it works...I'm just paranoid that one day the handle or wheels will break on the cooler when I'm a mile out on Long Key.

The last to links i posted might be what you need.

That big looking yellow looking thing breaks down and all the larts fit in the carrier.

Next best is that last link i posted.

A good alt is the old Red Flyer Kids wagon sometimes you can find 1 a bit larger than the norm.

The Roleez has great wheels for the beach, but it's really a wheelbarrow. Don't think it's very adaptable for a fishing cart. I'm looking out for one of those backpacks for picknickers. After you loose the flatware and plates you have an insulated compartment for fish and another compartment for tackle.

Hey PhishingPhanatic sorry I didn't see this post before. I solved the same problem (I drive a nissan 240sx). I'm in California right now but when I get back, I'll take some pix of a fishing cart that fits in my postage stamp sized trunk.

Well has not been anything new entered is this subject for sometime so I guess I will mention a cart that does not corrode, strong, easy to transport in the trunk of a car, dissembles without tools for storage and is made in Florida (made in the USA)- http://www.cartmakers.com Glad to give anyone from this forum a special offer of the snack tray at no charge with their cart order, just mention the forum in your cart order.
