Oh man... Crazy weather tomorrow... I wonder if the snook will be biting in this crazy weather... hhmm 0.o Sunday... maybe I'll go after some flounder.

they usually say that during the front is bad fishing....but i say any free time you have to fish is a good time to go fishing :cheers:

Not a bad day Sunday. School or jack smashing bait and a few big 20+" macks here and there. Saw a guy lost a keeper cobia... because he was pulling the fish up by hand... that's why you invest in a hoop net.

wow that had to be big let down to lose that fish. Think he went next day and got a net or at least a gaff?

Or at least rig up some kind of pier gaff/ second rod to snag it with. You can get one of those collapsable bridge nets that are a p o s but they do work and store into a 10-12 inch loop. That was probably at least a 15#er

I don't think they sell the collapsable bridge nets anymore.
