launching out of watson tomorrow...advice?

going to be launching out of watson island tomorrow with my parents in our maiden voyage this summer.
I will be exploiting the trout in the grass flats for sure, but other than that.....does anyone have any other advice?
im restricted to staying in the bay and i will only have light tackle up to 20lb test with me.
not asking for spots in detail...but are there any "areas" i should check out?
