Old Tackle Donation -- Lets do this

Post by BoatlessFisherman »

Ok it seems many of us have stuff we don't need any more.

So post up here if you have stuff to donate and I am going to collect it all up and either give some to kids that come out on the pier and also put some together if there is enough and take it to Woman in distress along with some Fishing passes for the pier and give it to some that could use it there.

Something like this, the idea is just coming together so I have to work it all out.

I will PM you back where you can drop off to me here in Fort Lauderdale and if you can't get here because you live in Palm beach or Dade I will talk with friends in those areas and arrange something.

PM me an address that I can send stuff too. I may have 8-10 reels I can send in a postal flat rate box.

Thanks all who have donated so far.

I have received a.nd put together about 10 rods and reels and have another ten to complete and fix a few tips. I have also collected hooks and weight and other misc for starter tackle boxes.

I will now look for kids who need stuff, if anyone knows kids that don't have what they need let me know and we can get some stuff to them.

I will continue this thread and just keep this going and see where it goes, Thanks aGAIN

Leave them at the bait shop on Anglins Pier, if you can leave them after 9pm.
