Sorry I couldnt make it guys had some issues with the house im buying. turns out the one we were in contract for fell threw. so we were in a house hunt scramble all weekend

Phil; Sorry to hear that. It's a common occurrence any more. I was the 4th contract on my house. The houses on either side of me went through 11 diffrent contracts before they sold. Of the 3 of us I was the only one to get a mortgage. The other 2 went for cash. The other 9 contracts all fell through last minute. It just sucks right now because there are so many thing's that can effect buying a house that never did before. Best of luck man.

Thanks, it comes down to the broker for the house giving us false info. basiclly saying when one bank sighns off on the house the second would. first bank sighns off and now magiclly the second wants 19k more. he than tells us the deal with the second bank aproving upon the firsts aproval was a verbal agreement. so im basiclly SOL.

But we found a diff house sunday, this one has a hotel style cabana in the backyard, pool with over flowing hot tub into pool. more land for my dog and an xtra bed room

gruntking tied the handle with a rope so you dont need to hold the handle for the water.
