Pole spearing

Can you spotlight with a pole spear in SI state park? If someone was planning on doing some night time beach walking and shining for flounder or shark bait.....
What can you do and what cant you do in the park along the beach????

Have your friend call the ranger station there to get the definite answer.....

FYI, I called the park. There is no sex in the champagne room.
No you can not spear anywhere in the park. Even Beaches far from the jetty.
But you are able to conceal carry in the park and open carry when fishing. I love this state.
