The bridge had a nice current and water was milky at incoming tide but it got very clear after the outgoing. We were using cut cudas and blue runners,The shark hit my 6/0 on a 7 foot 1940's Montague...

We got to Long Key at 6:30 am or so, passed by the South Florida Shark clud crew (they were sleeping)...setup to catch bait the wind was about 15 to 20, the water was nice and milky, little seaweed,...

Was a nice night- very mild surf, clear water, nice moon out, not much wind (but it did start to get colder later & dropped real quick). Nice night for heavy surf fishing-

Pretty intense night last night- 5 of us fished from like 8:30 pm until like 1:30 am. Lots of hookups & breakoffs, but managed to get two in- had to remind my brother Ed that he wasn't hog hunting...
