Got on a boat for once on March 28th but sea too rough to get out, we still got a few species in the Inlet. Whiting, sharks and a 42 lb. Black Drum. :happyfisherman: :reeling:

I'll be getting there Thursday night and leaving Monday morning. Basically just want to put in a day with my son at a bridge or off the beach. I'll look into the pier as well. Thanks Bud.

Went fishing with my daughter from about 6pm to 8pm last night caught 4 mangrove snappers and 3 trout.
It was her first real fishing trip. She is 7. Man the look on her face when she reeled in that...

I was out at 10th by the old pier yesterday Friday the 27th. Caught a nice 16 black drum, 4 cats, 1 too small pompano and a 8 baby blue marlin. Wish I had taken a pic of it. Great weather, nice...

Anyone enjoy surf fishing out at Huguenot Memorial Park? I take my 5 year old daughter out to the St. Johns facing side (across from the restrooms) and we fish from there. Not much luck but she enjoys...

the water has been extremly shallow since the hurricane came up the coast this past summer. the depth at the end of the pier before the hurricand was 39 feet at high tide. now its only 23 feet....

Went foraging for bait yesterday and put a few blues and whiting in the cooler before the storms rolled in. Water was flat and clean, bait pods right up close. Also caught and released a 4' blacktip...

Small whiting, 1 jack and a lot of catfish. bait: fresh dead shrimp (peeled)
and some frozen sandfleas from last week. outgoing from 8 to 12.
