Have any of you guys tried to build or buy a large bait cage to keep fresh caught bait alive?
If so, how does it work out for you? I am a bit curious to try a collapsable cage and float it just off...

T&R has some great cages. Both round and square. Not sure if any of them collapse or not. Well made and will save you a ton of screwing around trying to make one with a door or lid you can latch.

well im getting tired or spending 30-50 bucks everyweek on bait at the tackle shop. was considering going to the pier tonight and catching my share of dines and other bait fish. how could I preserve...

Bolo's right about the fresh water. I found freezing a couple of gallon milk jug's and putting them in just a little salt water in your bait cooler is a great way to pier brine bait. Bobby from Bass...

Anyone know if Jimbo's still sells Live Shrimp? I remember buying from him a long time ago, wanted to know if he still sells shrimp. Thanks.

Down on 79th street in miami theres navarro bait and tackle, I belive they sell live shrimp for $1.50 a dozen and $3 for hand picks.

I was in Ft. Myers this weekend and saw many schools of cownose rays. Kevin and I snagged about 15 of them for shark bait. I was wondering if there was a limit on them. Thanks
