That spillway is hit or miss. Small baits will yield small snook but soak a big bait and a tarpon or monster snook could take it. I've seen 3 snook over 45 inches caught there and tarpon to 100 lbs....

Anybody want to yak around south biscayne bay tomorrow? The plan is to rent a yak at matheson hammock and paddle south as far as the drainage canal on 173rd and old cutler then back maybe hang around...

I'll be out on the pier all night. Going to get there around 3 pm tomorrow afternoon and will be there till around noon on Saturday. I'll be on the T mostly so come hang out hopefully the grouper and...

As some people annoyed, a big school ribbon fish invaded Broward Pompano and Angler's piers about two weeks and they are all gone now. I spoke with Tommy. He told me it is very unusual to see these...

i made a mistake, vittolo park is a couple of miles south of bear point, look for sign showing entrance. park your car at end of road and walk to the right to get to pier.
