mack are slower this weekend than last. There are huge jacks around though.

Got there around 4pm and found out that I do not like suffix performance braid with the way I tied braid into mono... Doesn't work because it's more like mono instead of braid. My knot keep on...

I tried some fishing at Fort Island park today. I honestly don't know how anyone fishes there. The water is at least 6-8 ft deep and that is where what fish that are there stay. So float fishing...

Gulf pier was basically dead. Heard a guy hook on a bonita.

Went to Bay pier and it was pretty much dead as well. There was a few small macks hitting sabiki off and on....

Need a fish ID. To me this looks like a black seabass but I don't know if that is correct. Do you guys get these on the gulf coast? I have caught them around Cape Canaveral.

Started out going after pompano... sure did have a lot of fun... catching jacks that is. A big school was around and I was hitting them every or every other cast. The snapper were quite vicious...

Go there at sunrise and was determine to go for grouper. After like two bait drifting out to the reefs... I got bore and got a net full of small greenies. I then use those to catch macks... Was able...

Got there before sunrise and begin getting a few pinfish for bait just in case a cobia swim by. ;)

Went to south skyway early in the morning to get some bait and free line a few of them bait to see if the snook are around. Nada, however I got a large spoted trout... 20 +. Then got to the fort...

when johns pass use to have a catwalk aswell as gandy
