My opinion is if there is a cleaning station on the pier than that for me would be considered ashore. As far as bridges and shorline i keep the fish whole until i get home/camp/hotel just to be safe.

I know the size limit for grouper according to the fwc is 20 inches for red grouper ,scamp,yellowfin and yellowmouth ,and 24 for the black Grouper.All the other grouper dont show any size limits .is...

Does anyone know the rules for using a cast net. I.E. near bridges,peirs,off land. Ive been hearing different things and just need a clear up. As far as i know using from a peir is illegal.
