Since Sep 1st, you do not need a saltwater fishing license to fish...
Do you still need a Snook stamp in order to keep one?
I know I read somewhere in the book that if there's no license requirement,...

Seems like Red snapper is open in statewater in the Atlantic and will open for ferderal water in the Atlantic as well.

3 miles from shore... wonder where you can catch some that's 20+ :-p
