Should the tire pressure be high or low for a heavy load? Rolleez fat tire cart. If I have the yak loaded down with surf gear, should the tire pressure be at the lower end or higher end?

just recently purchased a ocean kayak scrambler for my fishing desires...im gonna go out to key biscayne this weekend in hopes of getting the hang of it before i paddle away with rods ready to...
