I've tried polarized glasses before, and even some high end ones, but whenever I put them on I feel bothered and when I take them off it feels like I can see better without them. Any suggestions?

Costas permit 580 real glass. I have a pair in brown and blue depending on conditions. I will probably never use another pair of glasses as long as I live.

The Daiwa BG-15 accepts #14 mono/120 yds as it's maximum. Is that enough for general pier fishing?
