The record for cobia is 135 lbs. Most cobia are 25 to 60 lbs.Be careful when fishing for cobia, they are hard hitting

I used to be a butcher so have a lot of experience with meat grinders. Hand grinders come in different sizes. Larger ones take large grinder plates and knives. I have seen#12, #22, #32 etc hand...

Like rory mentioned, I also do the mix of ice and salt water to completely cover the fish.

You will notice when you filet the fish they are so much more firm and easy to clean.
